1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any tool or page on zerogptfree.com ("ZeroGPTFree", "the Site", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

ZeroGPTFree provides free AI-powered web tools including, but not limited to:

• AI Content Detector — analyses submitted text to estimate the likelihood of AI authorship and provides a sentence-level analysis, probability score, and improvement suggestions.
• Arabic Translator — translates submitted text between Arabic and 30+ languages using AI inference.

The tools are provided free of charge, with no account registration required. We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any tool or feature at any time without prior notice.

3. Permitted Use

You may use ZeroGPTFree for lawful purposes only. Permitted uses include:

• Checking your own written work for AI authorship indicators before submission
• Reviewing student or employee-submitted text as part of a legitimate assessment or editorial process
• Translating personal or professional text between Arabic and other supported languages
• Academic research into AI content detection methodology, provided results are contextualised appropriately
• General personal and professional use consistent with these Terms

4. Prohibited Use

You must not use ZeroGPTFree in any way that:

• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party
• Submits content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Site using automated tools, bots, or scripts
• Attempts to overload, attack, or compromise the Site's infrastructure or the underlying API
• Misrepresents the results of our tools — for example, presenting detection results as definitive proof of academic misconduct without appropriate context
• Resells, repackages, or commercially exploits the output of our tools without written permission
• Uses the tools to facilitate deception, fraud, academic dishonesty, or the deliberate production of misleading content

We reserve the right to block or restrict access to any user or IP address that we determine is using the Site in violation of these Terms.

5. Accuracy & Results Disclaimer

ZeroGPTFree tools produce probabilistic estimates, not definitive determinations. The AI Detector provides an indication of the likelihood that text was AI-generated based on statistical and linguistic signals. The Arabic Translator provides AI-generated translations that may not be perfect for all contexts, dialects, or specialised terminology.

We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any result produced by our tools.

In particular:

• A high AI detection score does not constitute proof that AI was used to write a piece of text.
• A low AI detection score does not guarantee that text is human-written.
• Translations should be reviewed by a qualified human translator before use in legal, medical, financial, or other high-stakes contexts.

You assume full responsibility for how you interpret and act upon the results of our tools.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the ZeroGPTFree website — including the site design, layout, CSS, PHP code, written copy, logos, icons, and tool functionality — is the intellectual property of ZeroGPTFree or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site's code or content without prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

The output produced by our tools (detection reports, translations) is generated for your personal or professional use. You may use, copy, and share this output freely, subject to the restrictions in Section 4.

7. Your Submitted Content

You retain full ownership of any text you submit to ZeroGPTFree tools. By submitting text, you grant us a limited, temporary, non-exclusive licence to process that text solely for the purpose of generating your requested result. This licence terminates automatically once the result is returned to your browser.

You represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to submit the text you provide
• The text does not contain content that violates any law or the rights of any third party
• You are not submitting content that is classified, confidential, or subject to legal privilege without appropriate authorisation

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZeroGPTFree and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or its tools, including but not limited to:

• Decisions made based on AI detection scores or translation output
• Academic, professional, or legal consequences arising from the interpretation of tool results
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in detection or translation results
• Temporary unavailability of the Site or its tools

ZeroGPTFree is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZeroGPTFree and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
